Conference Walkway

The total environment of the Barclay is a work in progress project. Your host is constantly preparing gardens, planting new varieties of plants all in view of developing a friendly appealing envionment.

The Barclay Room

The Barclay Room is ideal for that special conference, it includes projector screen, large whiteboard, TV, Internet connection, temperature controlled environment with a bright sunny outlook.
Accommodates up to 40 plus delegates in a variety of seating plans. Located in a secluded area with a breakout areas to ensure privacy.

Breakfast in the Mersey Room

The Mersey Room is an ideal venue for that small meeting of up to 16-24 plus people. We have a dining area and a meeting area including a relaxing informal area.

Just like Teddy and Family you to can sit and ponder what day trip you would like to go on. We have a list of most of the day trips from the Barclay, including advice and maps to make the task easier.

Enjoying the pool all year round

Infant Aquatics training for the 2028 Olympics

A local learn-to-swim group of mothers and their babies enjoy the pool facilities on a regular weekly basis. The pool temperature at a nice 28 - 30 degrees all year is perfect for their needs.
