Go under the bridge and follow the signs to Sheffield.
Cradle National Park is recognised as one of the top 10 Worl Heritage areas in the world, today a walk around Dove Lake is a must (approx. 2 1/2 hours easy walk around the shores of the lake - the best way to enjoy the scenic views of the Lake is to walk clockwise.
Make sure you stop at Sheffield for an hour and take the "Mural Walk", well worth it, and a visit to Tasmaia is a must.A day that will long be remembered for its natural scenic splendour.

Whichever way you go is fine.
Start at the Bluff Lighthouse for views over Bass Strait, then the Tiagarra Aboriginal Centre, a train ride into the past at The Done River Railway, the choice is yours. But don't forgetthe Chocolate Factory, or Joseph Lyons Heritage home or the walk along the Mersey River banks.
Last minute souvenirs from the Rooke Street Mall perhaps. A nice relaxing dat.

Follow the sign to Launceston and turn off for Deloraine.
What a day, a complete day of differences, take a guided tour deep underground at the limestone caves, the awesome Liffey Falls and scenic drive through the countryside to Mole Creek Honey Farm. Take a break at the Raspberry Farm or tast the fine cheeses at the Ashgrove Cheese Factory. Don't forget to visit Deloraine and Latrobe, both thriving rural villages.

Latrobes presents one of Australia's finest heritage faces, and with that face comes a host of activities and attractions, where you live the history and love the nature.

The town owes its being to early mining and agriculture and in the mid to late 19th century as a bustling port on the banks of the Mersey river. Much of the past remains in the street scapes of central Latrobe- 76 heritage listed buildings, 6 of which are on the register of the National Estate.

Follow the sign to Launceston and take the Exeter turn off.
First stop the Beaconsfield Gold Mine Museum, heading down the valley to Grindelwald before arriving in the historic city of Launceston set in the valley along the TamarValley and the Esk River.
Take the chairlift over the gorge and enjoy the scenery. Gon on the Boags Brewery Tour or just enjoy the architectural beauty of the historic building. An interesting day.

Sheffield has a magnificent array of murals scattered around the town on various buildings and shop fronts, depicting the way life used to be.
Enjoy a coffee, snack or meal at one of Sheffield's several rejuvenated cafes and eateries, a great place to relax and take it easy in the surrounds of an authentic country town with a difference.

Go Under the bridge and take the Burnie turn off.
This has to be the day to enjoy, head along the highway to Boat Harbour Beach, and then to Dismal Swamp to experience Mother Nature at her best.
Returning to the coast, visit Highfields, a 350,000 hectare sheep property, granted by Royal Charter, enjoy the views and then into Stanley, population 400, a fishing port of many yeats.
For the adventurous, take the chairlift to the top of the Nut. A great place to taste the local seafood for Lunch.
Return home via Table Cape Lighthouse and the seaside village of Penguin.
